• Can I transfer my package to someone?

  You can transfer your package to another athlete by sending a written request via email, we can contact the organizer who needs to approve it. There is an administrative fee of USD$50 for this process that must be paid to receive the final confirmation.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Cancellations will be refunded up to thirty (30) days prior to the retreat. There is a nonrefundable administrative fee of 25% of the value of your package. After that refunds cannot be processed as the vendors need to paid upfront.

• What should I travel with?

  For Training: It is recommended to travel with two Gis as well as some No-Gi gear for training. There are laundry services located at the resort as well.
