What should I travel with?

For Training:
It is recommended to travel with two Gis as well as some No-Gi gear for training. There are laundry services located at the resort as well. Although, due to the high frequency of laundry request during the retreat, it won’t hurt to pack a few extra pieces of gear in case.
For Leisure:
Tobago boasts a warm, tropical, marine climate, with constant cool breezes from NE trade winds and year-round temperatures ranging from 23°C (73°F) to 32°C (89°F) so travel with swim wear as well as shorts and flip flops/sandals for hanging around the island and a pair of sneakers/trainers for hikes and other activities.
