What is the camp's cancellation and refund policy?

• Total Camp Cost: The BJJ camp costs €650.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure your spot.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance of €500 must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the camp's start date.

Important Note: Failure to submit the full payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, even if the participant cancels. Obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances is highly recomended.
