What is the camp refund and cancellation policy?

The organizer has a no refund policy on bookings, with 15% deposit due upon booking with the remainder due 30 days before attending. Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability. It is recommended that all guests take suitable insurance to ensure that they are not left out of pocket in the event that they have to cancel.
