Are there any activities besides BJJ, yoga, and rock climbing?
BJJ, Yoga, and Rock Climbing are included in the camp costs. Any activities (like pool cabanas, spa services, night-life, gambling, etc.) beyond these will be out of your own pocket. -
Are there any meals included in the price?
No, participants will be responsible for their own meals. -
How will COVID-19 impact this camp?
Despite the expected fear and uncertainty during 2022, this camp is not expected to be cancelled. The only requirement of the organizer is no one shows up sick with active symptoms. I have no Jiu Jitsu experience, can I attend this camp?
The camp is designed for all skill levels, no experience in either sport is required! -
Is my flight ticket included in the price?
No, the flights are not covered by any of the camp packages. -
Is there an Airport Transfer included in the price?
No, transportation to/from the airport and around town are not included in the cost. -
Is there any climbing gear included in the price?
Yes, climbing is included in price with gear. -
Is there any travel insurance included in the price?
Travel insurance is not included, however the organizer of this camp strongly recommends looking into such to ensure you can recoup costs if something comes up. -
What does it mean Private or Shared room?
If you choose a private room, you will be by yourself. Private rooms are available on a first come, first served basis as the event have a specified number of rooms in the hotel blocked off. What is the cancellation and refund policy of this camp?
For a full refund, participants must cancel 90 days prior to the camp. Once you pass the “refund deadline”, a transfer (i.e. re-sell) of your spots to someone else is possible. However, it will be up to you to find someone to take(re-sell) your spot. -
This is a women-only camp. As women make up a considerably lower part of the sport in both rock climbing and BJJ, the camp intends to bring together female athletes and champions while pushing them to interact and raise up other females.
