If you choose a private room, you will be by yourself. Private rooms are available on a first come, first served basis as the event have a specified number of rooms in the hotel blocked off.
If you choose to have a shared room, you will automatically be assigned a roommate that will be in the room with you. If you have a roommate that you would like to add to your room, please contact us with their name and email address, and we will arrange that for you!
