Every Bootcamp day begins with a balanced breakfast – alongside whole grain bread, rolls, vegan spreads, and muesli, you’ll find various types of yogurt and fresh fruit. After the first training session, we provide a snack to keep you energized for the afternoon. Dinner consists of three courses, freshly prepared each day, with a focus on plenty of vegetables and adequate protein.
