After experience registration and payment of your experience fee, the camp fee is non-refundable. This means that the fee will not be repaid even if you for some reason cannot make it to the experience.
Experience Credit may be transferred towards a future trip, if cancelled up to 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the start of the camp. If you choose to sell your ticket to someone else, please notify us immediately via email (support@bjjcampfinder.com), so that we can update the organizer of the camp. For information about ticket transfer and waiting list, please contact us directly.
In the event that any camp hosts/instructors/special guests have to withdraw/cancel their participation from a camp, the organizer will do their very best to find a substitute. However, they will not offer to refund the camp registration fee. This also applies should an excursion or activity be cancelled. Organizer will always do their very best to find a similar replacement.
