(1) When purchasing tickets for „Hell Week in Paradise,“ a contract is concluded for the provision of services in connection with a leisure activity on a specific date or during a specific period.
According to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the following applies to such contracts: no right of withdrawal. Cancellation after completion of the booking is therefore excluded.
(2) Cancellation, exchange, and refund Participants are not entitled to a refund of the ticket price. This applies in particular in the event of non-participation, late arrival, premature departure, or other personal reasons on the part of the participant.
(3) In the event of a rejection the event by the organizer, the ticket prices already paid will be refunded in full. In the event of a significant relocation (e.g., to another period), participants have the right to withdraw from the contract; in this case, the ticket price will also be refunded.
(4) Further mandatory legal rights The rights of the participants, in particular in the event of breaches of duty for which we are responsible, remain unaffected.
