What is the cancellation and refund policy of the camp?

  Participants are encouraged to obtain cancellation/interruption insurance. If cancellation is due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s control (e.g. illness, unexpected events), the Organiser is entitled to retain costs already incurred, up to:

• 50% of the fee for cancellations made from the date of booking up to 14 days before the Camp;
• 100% of the fee for cancellations made within 14 days before the Camp.
