- Cancellations Within 30 Days of Booking and Prior to January 28th, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus card processing fees.
- Cancellations Within 30 Days of Booking and between January 29th, 2025 and March 1, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after March 1, 2025 regardless of when they were Booked are non-refundable. Credits may be applied to a future camp or transferred to another camp attendee.
