• How to reach the camp?

  You will need to book a flight to Brussels Zaventem Airport. From there you can take 20-min train ride to Leuven.

• I am under 18, can I still attend this camp?

  Yes, participants under 18 can attend the camp. No accompanying guardian/parent needed.

• Is my accommodation and food included in the package?

  No. Accommodation and food are not included in this camp package. You will need to arrange the lodging yourself. There's a pub at the entrance of "Sportoase" training centre, where you can go for drinks or food. • What is the best way to travel around the city?

  Leuven is a small city, so you can do everything on foot. Parking however is expensive, so if possible, leave your car at home.

• What is the refund policy for this camp?

  A refund is possible a month (or more) before the camp start date.

• Where is Sportoase training facility located?

  The address of the sports complex is "Philipssite 6, 3001 Leuven (Belgium)". Sportoase training center has many sports areas: a fitness, climbing wall, skate park, swimming pool and sauna. For all of these, you will have to pay an entrance fee, except for the skate park.
