Do I need any previous experience?

No. This retreat is open to complete beginners all the way through to intermediate and advanced level. We will aim to equip you with all the skills necessary to enable you to defend yourself against the 10 most common street attacks and more. At the end of the week you will be invited to go for your level 1 Kalibre Krav Maga grading via a short pressure test.
