What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of camp cancellation by the organizers due to any circumstances such as COVID concerns or insufficient participation, a full refund of all funds paid will be promptly issued.
Should a participant opt not to attend after paying the 50 euro reservation fee, they are presented with two choices.
Firstly, if they elect not to attend at all, the reservation fee will be kept to cover administrative expenses.
Alternatively, within a one-week period from the date of notification of non-attendance, they may opt to transfer their reservation fee to any future camp organised by the same organiser. In such instances, no loss is incurred. Failure to provide notification within one-week results in the reservation fee being kept to cover administrative expenses.
