What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Periods and Refund Percentages:

Cancellation between 60-90 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 70%, depending on incurred expenses.
Cancellation between 30-60 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 50%, depending on incurred expenses.
Cancellation between 15-30 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 20/15%, depending on incurred expenses.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the seminar: Participants are not eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
