What is the cancellation policy?

•     Cancellation between 60-90 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 70% of the registration fee, depending on incurred expenses.

•     Cancellation between 30-60 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee, depending on incurred expenses.

•     Cancellation between 15-30 days before the seminar: Participants are eligible for a refund of 20/15% of the registration fee, depending on incurred expenses.

•     Cancellation less than 15 days before the seminar: Participants are not eligible for a refund of the registration fee.

Refund Policy for Jiu Jitsu Only Tickets:

• Jiu Jitsu only access tickets are not refundable 
• The Jiu Jitsu Only full camp, as well as the Jiu Jtisu One Day Access tickets are both non-refundable tickets.
