How is a typical training day structured?

The camp features six full training days. Each day offers up to 6 hours of structured instruction and sparring. Participants kick off their day at 9:00 AM with an active warm-up, including a run through the forest and beach. Training then moves to a fully equipped dojo, where daily sessions focus on:

  • Submission systems (ground and stand-up)
  • Technical flows (e.g., Armbar, Triangle, Kimura, Guillotine, Rubber Guard, Rear Naked Choke)
  • Positional setups, transitions, and live sparring
