Payment Terms
- Deposit: To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a $500 USD non-refundable deposit.
- Remaining Balance: Due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notification: If your plans change, please let us know at least 14 days before the retreat start date. Your $500 USD deposit can be applied to future bookings within 12 months.
- Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No Refunds for Certain Circumstances
- We regret that we cannot offer refunds or accept cancellations due to flight delays, personal emergencies, travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Recommendation: We encourage you to consider travel insurance to cover these unforeseen events.
In case the retreat is cancelled we will gladly refund all payments made, including the deposit.
