  • Can I choose who to share my room with?

    If you choose to have a shared room, you will automatically be assigned a roommate that will be in the room with you. If you have a roommate that you would like to add to your room, please indicate their name and email address at checkout so we can ensure you get a spot together!

  • Can I stay at a single room?

    You’re more than welcome to pay for a single supplement to have a room to yourself. If this is your preference, please book the package indicating private room. Private rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis as we have a specified number of rooms in the hotel blocked off.

  • Can I take private lessons with the instructors?

    Absolutely! The instructors would love to work with you! We recommend expressing your interest in private lessons as early as possible so we can share your details with the instructors so they can plan their schedules.

  • Do I have to stay at the accommodations you provide?

    We do offer a “no room” camp option for those that may be local or would like to stay somewhere else. You’re more than welcome to choose this option if it is your preference. However, you may miss out on bonding with other camp participants if you are located elsewhere.

  • How to reach the accommodation?

    Boise airport Hotel provides FREE airport shuttle which you can use. Please note that in the camp costs is included transportation to and from the BJJ gym and Rock Climbing locations. Any additional transportation (flights, getting around town, etc.) will be at your own cost.

  • Is accommodation included in the price of this camp?

    Yes, accommodation is included. It is arranged at The Grove Hotel downtown Boise, Idaho.

  • Is food included in the price?

    No, food is not included. Participants are responsible for their own food

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you request a cancellation of your registration 120-days or more before the first day of the camp for which you registered, you may cancel (no questions asked) and receive a full refund.
