Cancellations within 30 days of booking and before 1st April 2024 are subject to a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of booking and after 1st April 2024 are subject to a 50% refund. The remaining balance may be applied to a future camp. Cancellations after 1st May 2024 regardless of the date booked are non-refundable. Credits may be applied to future camps, or transferred to another camp attendee.
