What is the cancellation policy?

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Bookings made by March 15 are fully refundable.
• Partial Refund (80%): Cancellations between March 16 and April 1 will receive an 80% refund.
• No Refunds: Cancellations within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.
• Exceptional Cases: In cases of serious circumstances, we are open to discussing individual solutions.
