Camp Harmony

• Can anyone join the camp?

  A minimum of three months of grappling experience is recommended, however not mandatory. Participants on the mat should weigh at least 40 kg. Participants under the age of 18 require their parents' approval to join.

• Is accommodation included in the price of this camp?

  Yes, accommodation is included. Address of the accommodation is Edskevallsvägen 130, 813 91 Hofors, Sweden . You can reach Hofors by both train and bus. 

• Is food included in the price?

  No, food is not included. Participants are responsible for their own food. A well-equipped kitchen is available at the house. There are plenty of restaurants located roughly three kilometers away from the house and you can also avail of a car ride to the grocery store. Grill is available as well.

• What are the additional activities?

  During the week you will be given the opportunity to try simple breathing exercises and basic yoga sessions as recovery activities in addition to sauna and lake bathing. You can enjoy kayaking and fishing as well.

• What is included/not included in the house?

  Maximum 22 residents can be hosted at the house, divided into 4 bedrooms. There is a separate bed for each person. Parking is available . Quilts and pillows are available. Bed linen, however, is not included. Please bring your own. Wifi is not available. Washing machine is not available, however ...

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Cancellation can be made until 15th June.
