What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel anytime up to 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund. Your $200 deposit is non-refundable.
A cancellation made in the period 31 days and 60 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of all funds paid.
Unfortunately, any cancellation made within 30 days of the event cannot be refunded.
