I’m uneasy about eating vegetarian for the length of the retreat.

Your lunch break is time to do and eat what you like. If you want to cook a steak on the BBQ at lunch, go for it! However, for shared meals, we provide a menu that doesn’t exclude anyone from enjoying it all. From experience, the vegetarian menu provides great nutrition and energy without people feeling sluggish and heavy. The food has been a consistent highlight on every event so far.
