There is an Accommodation package you can book from the drop-down menu. You will be accommodated at the 4-star Delta Hotel. In the hotel, you can find 1 King or 2 Queen beds, a sofa bed, a Shower/tub combination, a Lighted makeup mirror, a Hair dryer, an oversized Chair, a Safe, a writing/work Desk with an ergonomic chair, and an electrical outlet, Iron and ironing board, Room service, complimentary Bottled water, Coffee/tea maker, Instant hot water, Mini fridge, High-speed internet, Largest 55in/140cm flatscreen, Cable/satellite, International cable/satellite, Air-conditioning, floor-to-ceiling Windows.

You can reserve your flight to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Please, keep in mind that participants are required to arrange their transportation to and from the retreat venue, which is not covered in the package.
