• Are there any Spa services included?

  Spa services such as massage and mani/pedi can be booked as an add-on through the Rock Springs Retreat Center website.

• How do I get to "BJJ Girls Go Camp"?

  The Closest Airport is "BNA" at Nashville. Airport/Bus transfer is included in this camp package. If you need transportation from Nashville to the facility, please contact us, and we will arrange it with the camp organizer.

• I have no Jiu Jitsu experience, can I attend this camp?

  Beginners and seekers are absolutely welcome and encouraged to join the camp.

• Is my flight ticket included in the price?

  Airline tickets and travels to/from Nashville are not included in the price of the packages.

• What is the Refund policy?

  Refunds for COVID related emergencies and on a case by case basis.

• What should I bring with me?

  Clothes: A few changes of comfortable yoga clothes for the vinyasa and self-defense/jiujitsu classes. Gear: Yoga mat and any props you like to use, as well as some sneakers you do not mind getting dirty. Journal: Extra home journal and some colored pens.

• Who can join this camp?

  This is a women-only camp.
