What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans may change, and flexibility is crucial. Our cancellation/refund policy aims to provide fair terms while ensuring the smooth operation of our camp: Full Refund (100%): Cancellation received 30 days or more before the camp start date. 50% Refund: Cancellation received between 15 to 29 days before the camp start date. No Refund: Cancellation received 14 days or less before the camp start date. Additional Notes: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation date. Participants are eligible to transfer their booking to another individual at no extra cost. In the event of unavoidable circumstances or unforeseen emergencies, exceptions to the policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recommend participants consider travel insurance to mitigate unexpected situations. Please contact our team for any cancellation or refund inquiries.
