The training will be held at St Clears Health & Fitness, an exclusive health and wellness facility in St Clears that takes a holistic approach to fitness. The address of the place is Las Fach, New Mill, near St. Clears. There will be transport available from the hotel to the gym, but you’re more than welcome to drive yourself if you prefer!
